If your question isn’t here, ask it on a strategy call. Plain answers are part of the job.
Working together.
What does working with Creatr Dojo look like?
It follows the same five forms every time: Listen, Design, Build, Teach, Refine. It starts with a 30-minute workflow review, moves to a short assessment and blueprint, then a fixed-scope build of the first workflow, followed by training and a results review.
Do you only do AI, or marketing and software too?
All three, on purpose. We build the systems (automation, AI assistants, software, CRM, tracking), run the channels that bring customers (ads, email and SMS, SEO and AI search), and train your team. The same discipline applies to each: a baseline, a human checkpoint, and honest reporting.
How is pricing structured?
Build projects are quoted as fixed-scope phases after the workflow review, so you know the cost before work starts. Ongoing services such as ad management, email and SMS, and SEO run on a monthly fee. Ad spend is always paid directly to the platforms from your own accounts.
Do we need to buy new software?
Usually not. We build on the tools you already use wherever possible and recommend new software only when it clearly removes cost or risk.
Will AI replace our staff?
Our work removes repetitive steps so people can spend their time on customers, judgment and growth. Every system we design keeps a person responsible for the decisions that matter.
Who owns the ad accounts, data and code?
You do. Ad accounts, pixels, CRM data, domains and code repositories are created in your name or transferred to you. We work with delegated access that you can remove at any time.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Systems are designed for it. Uncertain or unusual items go to a human review queue, every action is logged, and each automation has a documented way to pause it.
How do you handle our data?
We work inside your accounts with the minimum access required, document every connection, and configure AI providers so your data is not used for model training where that option is offered. Access is removed at the end of the engagement unless you ask us to stay on.
How long until something is live?
The first workflow is scoped to go live in weeks, not quarters. The exact timeline is set in the blueprint, before any build work begins.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. We work in English and Spanish, with clients in the United States and Latin America, and we build bilingual systems for teams and customers who use both.
Which tools do you work with?
Common ones include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Shopify, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, QuickBooks, Slack, Airtable and WhatsApp Business; Meta, Google and TikTok ad platforms; Klaviyo and Twilio; and model providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI. When no-code tools are the wrong fit, we write custom code.
What size of business do you work with?
Small and mid-sized businesses, from owner-led teams to multi-location operations, where a few well-chosen automations change how the week feels.
Workflow automation.
Do we need to replace our current tools?
Usually not. We start from the stack you already pay for and only recommend new software when it clearly removes cost or risk.
What happens when an automation hits something unusual?
It stops and routes the item to a person in a review queue, with the reason attached. Nothing unusual is pushed through silently.
AI agents & assistants.
Will the assistant say things we didn’t approve?
Customer-facing output goes through an approval step until you’ve seen enough quality to relax it, and only for the categories you choose.
Does it learn from our data?
It answers from the documents you connect. We configure providers so your data is not used to train their models where that option is offered.
Custom software development.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code lives in your repository and runs in your accounts from the first deploy.
How do you keep projects from running over?
We scope in phases with a fixed price per phase, ship something usable at the end of each one, and decide the next phase with real usage in hand.
Websites & conversion optimization.
Do we need a new website to run ads?
Not always. Often a few dedicated landing pages outperform a full redesign at a fraction of the cost. The audit tells you which.
Can our team edit the site after launch?
Yes. Every site ships with a content system and a short editing guide.
CRM & lead nurture.
Which CRM should we use?
The one your team will actually use. We recommend based on your sales process, budget and existing tools, and we’ll work in the one you have if it fits.
Will automated follow-ups feel robotic?
They’re written in your voice, kept short, and stop the moment a person replies. The goal is a fast first touch, then a human conversation.
Tracking & attribution.
Is this worth doing before running ads?
Yes. It’s the first thing we check, because every optimization decision afterwards depends on it.
Does this comply with privacy rules?
We implement consent handling and send only the data needed, hashed where platforms require it. Your legal team should still review your privacy policy.
Meta ads.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta from your own ad account. Our fee covers strategy, creative and management.
Can you guarantee results?
No honest agency can. We set targets from your margins before launch, report weekly against them, and tell you plainly if a channel isn’t working.
Google ads.
How much should we spend on Google?
Enough to get meaningful data in your market. We estimate it from keyword volume and cost per click before you commit.
Do you lock us into contracts?
Engagement terms are set in writing up front. The ad account is always yours, whatever happens.
TikTok ads.
Do we need to be on camera?
Not necessarily. We can work with creators, product-focused formats or AI-assisted video, depending on your brand.
Is TikTok right for B2B?
Usually not as a first channel. We’ll tell you if Google, Meta or outbound email is a better fit.
Email & SMS outreach.
Do you send cold SMS?
No. SMS goes only to people who have opted in, following U.S. 10DLC registration and consent rules. Cold outreach is done by email, within anti-spam law.
What about privacy rules in Colombia and Latin America?
We design consent and data handling around local requirements, such as Colombia’s personal data law, and recommend legal review for your specific case.
SEO & AI search (GEO).
How long does SEO take?
Technical fixes can show impact within weeks. Content and authority build over months. We report progress monthly so you can see the trend.
What is GEO?
Generative engine optimization: making your business easy for AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews to understand, trust and cite.
AI readiness & roadmap.
Is the assessment only useful if we hire you to build?
No. The roadmap is written so your team or another vendor can execute it.
How much of our team’s time does it take?
A few focused conversations with the people closest to the work, scheduled around operations.
Team training & enablement.
Is this generic AI training?
No. Every exercise uses your team’s real tasks and documents, so the habit sticks after the session ends.
Can sessions be remote?
Yes. Sessions run remotely by default, and on site when it makes sense.
