The method
The kata.
A kata is a sequence practiced until it is precise. Our engagements follow one: five forms, in order, every time. You always know where we are, what comes next and what you will receive.

The five forms

01 · Rei (the bow)
Listen.
We start by learning how work actually moves: who does what, in which tools, and where hours leak. No pitch deck. Questions and screen-shares.
You receiveWorkflow map and opportunity shortlist

02 · Yoi (ready)
Design.
We choose the one or two workflows worth automating first, set a baseline, define what success means, and design the system with human checkpoints.
You receiveBlueprint, success metrics and a fixed scope

03 · Tsuki (the strike)
Build.
We build inside your existing accounts, test against real cases from your business, and show progress weekly. Focused effort, aimed at one target.
You receiveWorking system in production

04 · Oshie (teaching)
Teach.
Your team learns to run it, check it and improve it. Everything is documented and handed over, so the system belongs to you, not to us.
You receiveRunbook, training and recorded walkthroughs

05 · Tsuru (the crane, balance)
Refine.
We measure against the baseline, tune what needs tuning, and decide together what is worth automating next. Balance before the next move.
You receiveResults review and next roadmap
What we build follows a shape
A human at every checkpoint.
Every workflow is designed for the moment AI is wrong: uncertain items wait for a person, every action is logged, and one documented switch pauses everything.
A person decides.
Anything uncertain, sensitive or above a threshold you set waits for approval. Confidence scores and the reason for each flag are shown, so review takes seconds.
Principles
Dojo rules.
- I
Plain language
No jargon and no magic. You will understand what we built, how it works and why it was the right call.
- II
A human at every checkpoint
AI drafts, sorts and suggests. People approve what matters. Every system ships with a review step, a log and an off switch.
- III
Measured, not promised
We record a baseline before we build and report against it afterwards. If it doesn’t move the number, we say so.
- IV
Yours to keep
Your accounts, your data, your documentation. We build so you could run it without us.
Begin
Every kata begins with a bow.
Book a 30-minute strategy call. Bring the process that eats your team’s week, or the channel that isn’t working. Leave with a clear view of what to fix first, and what to leave alone.
